ACCESSIBILITY

At KIMA Jewelry, we are committed to making our website usable by people of all abilities. We work to improve the experience for everyone and to apply the relevant accessibility standards.

Conformance status

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. In September 2026 we completed a remediation of this store covering keyboard operation, form labelling, alternative text, heading structure and touch target sizes.

We are not yet claiming full conformance. The limitations listed below are the gaps we currently know about, and we are working through them. We review accessibility as we make changes to the site.

Known limitations

We are aware of the following and are working on them:

  • Product image descriptions. Some older catalogue images do not yet have detailed alternative text. We are writing descriptions for all shop items.
  • Background video. Videos on the homepage and on some collection pages start automatically and loop. If your device is set to reduce motion, they will not play. Otherwise there is currently no control to pause them.
  • Zoomed product images. Once a product image is enlarged, moving around the zoomed image relies on dragging with a mouse or finger rather than keyboard controls.
