Shipping

We ship most packages via UPS or FedEx. For some smaller orders, we will ship via USPS. FedEx and UPS do not ship to PO boxes - if you specify a PO box shipment for your order we will contact you for a physical address. We recommend a location where you can receive packages during business hours.

We process orders twice a week. Orders with ready to ship items will be processed in 1-3 business days. Orders with made to order items will be shipped as ready. Please see product descriptions for made to order lead times, which vary by product. Ring resizing typically takes 1-2 weeks.
